Personalized monthly programs tailored to individual goals with access to an experienced strength and conditioning coach via weekly classes.
Individualized programs typically include a 3-5 day training split. The Smart Fitness group class empowers members to move through their program on their schedule while still having access to a CSCS qualified coach to ask questions, build proper technique and receive feedback.
